Great location, almost opposite the Baker Street tube station, in Chiltern Street. Around the corner from Marleybone High Street, walking distance to Oxford Street - but you are in a quiet street. On Sundays, a lovely artisan food market around the corner. My daughter and I booked a twin room. Small, but perfectly formed. Clean, quiet, with very good mattresses and nice pillows and bedlinnen. A Nespresso machine in the room, water on arrival. Bathrobes laid out.... Nice bathroom with White Company toiletries. Everything spotlessly clean. The hotel has a lift. The breakfast room in the basement was surprisingly bright. Good choice of breakfast - we are vegetarians, no problem, they also had vegetarian sausages and plant milk options. All staff very friendly, helpful and polite. This is ideal if you want to explore central London on a short trip. Excellent bus and underground connections. I will return with girlfriends for a shopping trip. My daughter says she will definetely return to this hotel on her next trip to London. Would also be perfect for going to Winterwonderland in Hyde Park.

Perfect location about 2 minutes walk from Baker St Station giving easy access to main tourist areas. Nice clean, quite hotel. Comfy room. Breakfast was good with hard-working staff. I asked for gluten free food and received 2 GF bagels and GF cereal which was nice. (In addition to usual bacon and eggs etc) After we checked out the nice receptionist was very happy for us to leave our bags there and collect later which was great as coach back wasn't until 5:30 pm. Also happy for use to use restroom facilities when we went back to get them. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Very nice hotel and great value for money. Location is excellent, just a couple minutes walk away from Baker Street tube station. The room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. The breakfast was hot, hearty, filling and a perfect start to the day. Tea/coffee facilities were available for use in the room, and the dressing gowns were also a nice touch. The hotel is very quiet, I didn't hear a sound from other rooms or the street outside. Tesco express is just around the corner for any essentials, as well as quite a few bars and restaurants. Would love to stay again!

Excellent location. Couple minutes walk from Baker Street station (which is conveniently located on the Bakerloo line). We felt very safe and there are a lot of different food options close by. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable (and recently refurbished), coffee machine in the room was a welcome addition. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend and will happily stay here again.

Very good location - a stone’s throw from Baker Street Station. But also on a quiet road so not too much traffic passing through. The hotel was very amenable and held our bags for us before check in so that we could enjoy our day without our bags. Smooth and easy check in. Decent room - smallish but had everything we needed and bathroom was modern. Breakfast was good. All in all a good price for London.
